Who we are
Gryd ("we", "us") is a creative branding agency that works with music artists and show hosting teams. This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you apply as a concert photographer through the form on grydcreative.com.
What we collect
When you apply, we ask for six things and nothing else:

We do not collect payment details, passwords or identity documents. Like any website, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
We use your information to review your work, build a shortlist of photographers, and contact you (usually on WhatsApp, sometimes by email) with invitations to shoot at our events. We also run technical checks to keep the form safe from spam and bots.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your rights").
Where it is stored and who handles it
Applications are stored in Google Sheets and photos in Google Drive, in an account controlled by Gryd. Only team members who select photographers can open them. We do not sell your information. To run the form we use these services:
- Google (Sheets, Drive and Apps Script) stores and processes your application.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a visitor is a person. It may process technical details such as your IP address and browser information.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- Our web hosting provider serves the website.
Each photo is saved with a long private link that is not listed anywhere. Anyone who has that exact link can open the photo, which lets our team preview submissions in the spreadsheet.
Your photos
Your photos stay yours. We use them only to assess your work for shortlisting. We will not publish them, or use them in our marketing, without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep your application for as long as we may want to invite you to future events. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email us at [email protected]. When you ask us to delete your application, we remove your row from our spreadsheet and your photos from our storage.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The site uses HTTPS, the form checks and limits what can be submitted, and access to the spreadsheet and photos is limited to our team. No online service can promise perfect security, so please only share photos you are comfortable sharing.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
